What you'll do Lead leaders: Coach and develop Unit Managers across several kitchens.Hold the standard: Make sure every location runs the playbook the same way.Scale what works: Take wins from one kitchen and roll them out across the district.Own the P&L: Drive labor, quality, and growth targets across your locations.What we're looking for Multi-unit leadership experience in restaurants or hospitality. Proven ability to develop managers, not just manage staff. Strong operational and financial judgment. Willingness to travel between locations. Extreme ownership and a bias for action.
