What you'll do Run the line: Own daily operations, labor, prep, quality, and throughput for your kitchen.Lead the team: Hire, train, and coach crew to hit our standards every shift.Own the numbers: Use Happy Dashboard to manage labor %, error rate, and speed in real time.Raise the bar: Find what is broken, fix it, and share what works with the next kitchen.What we're looking for Restaurant or kitchen management experience.
